  • Play a key role in guiding leaders through complex employee matters, including investigations, performance management, and labour relations.
  • Use workforce metrics to support decision making processes on site.
  • Coach and empower leaders across core HR areas: engagement, recognition, performance, workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and educator, building leadership capability at every level.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees supporting questions on benefits, payroll, and collective agreements.
  • Work with HR systems like Workday and UKG to drive efficiency and maintain data integrity.
  • Support with recruiting site leadership positions.
  • Be on site regularly at the assigned sites.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
  • Experience in healthcare or continuing care (an asset).
  • Proven ability to support multiple sites or locations.
  • Strong knowledge of labour relations, collective agreements, and employment legislation.
  • Experience coaching leaders and delivering training.
  • A Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary with health benefits and paid time off.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for training, education, and advancement.
  • Supportive Culture: A diverse and inclusive HR team.
