CpK Interior Products Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function within our manufacturing facility. You will oversee labour relations, training, safety, attendance, engagement and programs to support plant objectives.
You will collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR to implement policies, manage HRIS, and drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives while partnering with the United Steelworkers Union. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support our HR team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while overseeing all functions of the HR department in our manufacturing facility. Expertise required in the areas of Labour Relations, Training and Development, Environmental Health & Safety, Attendance Management, Employee Engagement, Government Regulation Compliance and other HR related programs and services. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with operating management in defining and implementing business strategies, managing various Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives and as well as actively participate in joint activities with the United Steelworkers Union, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.
