Job Title: Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the HR department across all business units. The successful candidate will develop and implement career development and succession planning frameworks, establish a performance-driven culture aligned with company values, and ensure compliance with all labour laws and HR policies.

  1. Lead and manage the Human Resources (HR) department across all business units.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive career development and succession planning framework.
  3. Establish and embed a performance-driven culture aligned to company values and objectives.
  4. Ensure full compliance with all labour laws, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Support leadership teams in managing organisational change and workforce development.
  6. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  7. Provide strategic input on remuneration, benefits, and retention strategies.
  8. Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
  9. Facilitate employee wellness, diversity, and engagement initiatives.
  10. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
  3. Proven ability to lead HR strategy, drive cultural transformation, and manage multi-level teams.
  4. Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation, HR compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  5. Demonstrated success in building career development programmes and succession planning pipelines.
