Job description

The Company

MSCP provides highly innovative technical and organizational solutions for Heat Management in the Energy sector. It was founded in 2011 to assist the Oil and Gas Industry but it is rapidly expanding into Water treatment and Renewables.

The Market

Our Heat Management System is rooted in the synchronization and coordination of a complex network of value-added activities that need to be tailored to the specific needs of increasingly quality-sensitive Clients.

The Model

In order to deliver prompt, reliable and effective services, MSCP has embraced a genuinely systemic approach to management and an organizational model that overcomes completely the conventional Hierarchical/Functional, Siloed structure. Our System is designed and operated as a Network of interdependent processes and its effectiveness is entirely predicated on its correct management.

In order to operate successfully, this model needs individuals willing to accept the professional and personal challenges of this new, NON “command and control” based paradigm.

The Position – Human Resources Lead

We are looking for an individual who can organize and manage the activities that support the delivery of our services all through the value network, from onboarding to employee training, payroll and ongoing engagement strategies. She/He will be embedded in all the processes making up our Organizational system and completely empowered to act in them. She/He will be an integral part of the delivery of the service in a non-hierarchical, network like way.

The most critical feature we are seeking in our candidate is a “Growth Mindset”; MSCP is a young, fast-growing organization that thrives on its people’s ingenuity, inventiveness, and self-starting aptitude. Ideally, the candidate has some years of experience in a fast paced growth type work environment, She/He is extremely computer and digitally literate and enjoys working in team.

What we offer

MSCP is at the forefront of the profound transformation the Energy sector is going through. What we offer is a highly cooperative work environment where professional development, empowerment, open and frank communication and win-win relationships are paramount. We are confident we offer a competitive work package but, more importantly, the possibility to learn and practice management skills that very few other organizations can teach.

Role Responsibilities

· Drive the evolution of HR by aligning people strategies with business needs, while actively championing MSCP’s unique system-based methodology to foster a culture of growth, flexibility, and purpose.

· Communicate and promote our mission and model to employees, potential new hires, and external stakeholders with clarity and enthusiasm

· Own the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance development, training, engagement, and exit processes

· Understand employee strengths, potential, and competencies in order to align them with roles, responsibilities, and project schedules

· Develop and maintain a workforce planning system to anticipate staffing needs and training timelines

· Guide internal training initiatives through MSCP School and ensure alignment with our core competencies and values

· Oversee benefits and compliance to support smooth and employee-centered operations

Requirements

· A people-focused leader with a passion for organizational culture and development

· A confident communicator who can “sell the why” of what we do to diverse audiences

· 5+ years of experience in a leadership HR or workforce development role, preferably in fast-growing or process-oriented environments

· Degree/ Post graduation in Social Sciences (Philosophy, Sociology, Anthropology)

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and manpower scheduling software

· Proven ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and adaptability in complex and changing environments

· Experience with workforce planning and competency-based scheduling is a strong asset
