Clarence Farm Services is seeking a proactive HR & Health and Safety Lead to manage recruiting, records, benefits, performance, and safety programs across Atlantic Canada. The role emphasizes compliance, employee relations, and training within a fast-paced agricultural/warehousing environment.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dayforce.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HR Generalist/HR Coordinator experience
• Experience supporting occupational health and safety programs is an asset
• Knowledge of employment and compliance standards in Atlantic Canada (NS, NL, NB, PEI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dayforce
• Experience or knowledge within agriculture and warehousing is an asset

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
• Experience supporting occupational health & safety programs is an asset
• Working knowledge of employment and compliance standards in the provinces we operate (i.e. Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, PEI)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dayforce systems
• Prior experience or knowledge within agriculture and warehousing considered an asset
