A union representing frontline healthcare workers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will manage recruitment, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with legislation while promoting a positive work environment. POSITION DESCRIPTION
TheHuman Resources Generalistplays a critical role in the Human Resources department by delivering a wide spectrum of HR responsibilities in a union environment, including labour relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compliance, health and safety and training and development.
The HR Generalist serves as a resource to ensure HR policies, procedures, and initiatives are understood and consistently applied to support a positive work environment.
