Kendall County is seeking an organized and team-oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join its Human Resources Department. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist will have the opportunity to assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that support Kendall County and its growing workforce.
Essential Functions:
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality support across all HR operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, duties outlined in the detailed job description.
Minimum Qualifications:
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional attendance at County Board meetings outside regular hours may be required.
This position is based on-site in Yorkville, Illinois.
