We are currently seeking a qualified Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst to join our forward-thinking Human Resources team in Toronto.

Role Overview

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst is responsible for maintenance and integration initiatives in Dayforce across the organization, focusing on Payroll and related modules. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to define requirements, implement features, and promote best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of the Dayforce USA implementation, including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live, covering:
    • Pay Policies and Entitlements
    • New Earnings & Deductions across multiple states
    • Organization setup for acquisitions
    • Workflow administration
  • Deploy additional modules such as Onboarding, Benefits, and Compensation for Canada and the US.
  • Review current processes and develop future state processes based on best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships for new feature integration.
  • Create and update business process documents, job aids, and user guides.
  • Support Payroll and HR in process improvements and training super users.
  • Provide escalation support for HCM & Payroll issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Ceridian Dayforce HCM implementation experience, especially with Payroll functionalities.
  • Experience with Dayforce modules for payroll, Workforce Management, Time Away, Recruitment, and Performance.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with payroll integrations; US payroll experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Dayforce certification and change management experience are assets.
