Job Description Summary:

This 12-month contract role provides tactical HR support to managers and employees on staffing, employee relations, benefits, time tracking, and other HR-related issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations
  • Building morale, improving workplace relationships, and boosting productivity and retention
  • Analyzing data trends and providing regular reports to inform decisions
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with legal
  • Assisting with recruitment and overseeing sales contracts and compensation agreements
  • Communicating about payroll and benefits
  • Maintaining HRIS and employee records
  • Supporting performance appraisals and liaising with HR department
  • Maintaining accurate job descriptions and interpreting HR policies
  • Partnering with training to develop workforce training plans
  • Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Staying current with employment legislation
  • Providing internal reporting and facilitating workforce insights and succession planning
