Job summary

Cloud5 Communications is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations, talent development, and organizational change. This 1-year term role emphasizes strong coaching and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, HR policy guidance, and engagement initiatives, supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in education, business, adult learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operational leadership or people leadership.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and workplace best practices.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Complete and oversee HR administrative activities, including documentation, data management, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Partner with leaders on employee development, leadership development, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture and support retention.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Partner with Recruitment and hiring leaders to support hiring activities and selection decisions.
• Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching.

Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.## Human Resources Business Partner, Qualifications**What You’ll Bring**You’ll be successful in this role if you have:• Post-secondary education in education, business, adult learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operational leadership or people leadership• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.• The ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and keep learning solutions focused on results• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar learning technologies.• Experience supporting training and development initiatives within a contact centre or customer service environment is considered a strong asset.
