Reporting to the Manager, Labour Relations & HR Partnerships, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic, service-oriented role supporting management and employees within our unionized and non-unionized environment. The HRBP builds strong relationships, provides consulting, coaching, and supports areas such as employee and labour relations, performance management, collective agreements, grievance handling, investigations, workforce planning, and organizational design.
7.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. This is a remote position with flexibility required to meet with clients on-site as needed.
