The Business Manager reports to the Health Services Director, Primary Health Care , Central Zone, and works in collaboration with the portfolio Leadership Team to support the business operations of the program, services and functional units of Primary Health Care, Central Zone. The Business Manager is responsible for managing new and existing contracts with family practices, vendors and other partners of NSH and oversees and participates in RFP processes for the portfolio. The Business Manager is responsible for providing business/financial expertise and analysis to ensure that the portfolio goals and objectives, and the overall strategic plan are achieved through evidence based decision making. The Business Manager is critical to the overall success of the of the portfolio by making effective business decision to maximize the available budget and promote efficient use of resources. In the clinical setting, the Business Manager is recognized as the key contact accountable for financial and statistical analysis, business operations and planning. In addition, the Business Manager will support the data quality of the Primary Health Care, CZ portfolio including the alignment of data onto the organization’s data programs (eg. Tableau). The business manager will supervise a small team that will assist in their work.

$38.78 - $48.48 Hourly
