What you’ll be doing:
  • The HR Business Consultant plays a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
What you bring to the table:
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience.
  • Proven experience in HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of progressively complex related experience.
What’s needed - Preferred:
  • Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in a global or multi-site environment.
