We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support an IT service transition project involving a major managed services provider (MSP). This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Canada.

The consultant will serve as the key liaison between three major stakeholders:

• The end client, a large managed services company based in Toronto
• The new client of that managed services company
• The service provider to be replaced, who has been delivering services (to the new client) for over 25 years.

Your role will be to lead and structure the change management efforts during this complex transition, ensuring continuity, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption to operations.

Areas of intervention:

• Warehousing & Configuration
• Asset Management
• Field Deployment
• On-site Support

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive change management plan for the transition of services, including: Warehousing & Configuration, Asset Management, Field Deployment and Onsite Support
• Act as the main point of contact and facilitator between the end client, new provider, and outgoing vendor.
• Identify change impacts, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and manage resistance
• Support communication, training, and adoption plans to ensure a smooth transition
• Report on change readiness, risks, and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Program or Change Management, particularly in IT service transitions
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in high-stakes, high-complexity environments
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• French is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
