Vanier Children's Mental Wellness in Southwestern Ontario is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR function, recruitment initiatives, and HRIS expansion. The role operates under the Human Resource Manager and involves maintaining employee files, updating HRIS, generating reports, and assisting with onboarding and benefits processes.
The ideal candidate has a 2-year college diploma (HR focus preferred), 1-year HR experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resources Assistant will assist in supporting the administrative aspect of the HR function, including recruitment initiatives, special projects and including expanding HRIS functionality.
