Temporary resource for a short-term project. We’re looking for someone to assist with migrating employee files from our central drive into our HRIS system.

Ideally, the candidate would have a background in HR or administration and some familiarity with HR systems (experience with BambooHR would be a plus, though not essential). Given the nature of the work, it’s important that they are highly organized and able to handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality.

The primary responsibilities will include:

• Organizing approximately 100 employee files
• Uploading documents into BambooHR
• Ensuring documents are filed correctly
• Converting files to PDF format as needed

We anticipate the project will take up to three weeks, with an estimated workload of around 20 hours per week.
