T&T Supermarket Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Analyst to coordinate Canadian and U.S. visa and travel document applications and staff movement across Canada and the United States.

You will liaise with employees, government offices, vendors, and HR teams to ensure timely, accurate processing, with strict confidentiality. The role requires at least a year of immigration-adjacent experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• A college diploma, certificate, or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience with an immigration service provider or in a related role.
• Experience with cross-border visa applications and government forms is preferred.
• Experience in HR administration or staff movement processes is an asset.
• Fluent English is required.
• Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are an asset.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS and Compensation & Benefits, the Human Resources Analyst will coordinate employee visa and travel document applications and renewals and handle the internal staff movement process. You will work with employees, managers, government offices, vendors, and HR teams in Canada and the United States to ensure applications and employee changes are handled accurately, confidentially, and on time.

You Will

Visa and Travel Documents

• Coordinate Canadian and U.S. visa and travel document applications, renewals, and related procedures from preparation through submission.
• Gather and organize supporting documents, monitor application status, and maintain accurate records.
• Apply for Canada Business Traveler packages for U.S. trainees.
• Prepare and submit applications for ITINs for Canadian travelers and ITNs for U.S. travelers.
• Prepare and submit related CRA and IRS forms, including CPT56, W-7, Form 1042-S, and Form 8233.
• Work with employees, regional HR counterparts, government offices, and third-party service providers to resolve application questions.

Staff Movement

• Coordinate the internal staff movement process and help ensure managers follow company procedures.
• Prepare and issue employee letters in a timely manner.
• Prepare staff movement memos for employees, and staff appointment memos for employees at all levels.
• Update store management lists monthly and maintain related employee records.

Records and Confidentiality

• Maintain accurate, organized records in line with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Handle employee and application information confidentially and professionally.

You Should Have / Be

• A college diploma, certificate, or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience with an immigration service provider or in a related role.
• Experience with cross-border visa applications and government forms is preferred.
• Experience in HR administration or staff movement processes is an asset.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate records and manage multiple applications or employee changes at the same time.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels, government offices, and external service providers.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluent English is required. Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are an asset.

Shift

5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am - 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
