ANDRITZ Canada is seeking a Human Resources Advisor who will participate in recruitment and employee development across the Canadian operations. Reporting to the Director of Employee Development, this role centers on deploying career and training plans and strengthening retention strategies while building lasting relationships with higher education partners.
You will support staffing, design training plans, coordinate external training, and help implement internal communications.
Under the supervision of the Director, Employee Development, the Human Resources Advisor will participate in the recruitment and development of employees throughout their career with the company. The deployment of career and training plans is central to this position, as is the deployment of employee and recognition retention strategies. The successful candidate will also contribute to maintaining lasting relationships with Canadian higher education institutions and trade schools.
