We are actively hiring for Customer Support Associates!
Summary

The Customer Support Associate (CSA) ensures our contract employees, clients, and sales teams receive exceptional service in human resources, payroll, and administrative support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The CSA is responsible for providing superior support related to human resources, payroll, and benefits to our customers, including contract employees, clients, and local sales teams. The role also involves acting as the primary liaison with the corporate office for accounting issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing front office customer service via telephone and reception desk.
  • Completing internal payroll processes.
  • Managing timecard audits and collections using PeopleSoft and AHCS.
  • Auditing time and billing reports.
  • Managing the distribution and explanation of commission reports.
  • Resolving spread and commission issues.
  • Submitting timecards for AHCS exception accounts promptly.
  • Handling unemployment claims and hearings.
  • Managing Workers' Compensation processes, including education and claims filing.
  • Processing payroll documentation.
  • Resolving payroll and invoicing issues.
  • Maintaining filing systems.
  • Ensuring availability of Pre-Employment Packets.
  • Completing pre-employment paperwork.
  • Managing contractor and internal benefits programs.
  • Accurately entering start and finish dates in PeopleSoft.
  • Auditing New Starts reports.
  • Managing HR files.
  • Promoting direct deposit and CashPay options.
  • Handling DHL or FedEx shipments.
  • Processing Tax Credit Forms timely.
  • Maintaining administrative and galley supplies.
  • Managing P Card accounts.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The CSA must ensure the highest level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders, following organizational policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements to perform the role successfully:

Education and Experience

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow up effectively.
