The Customer Support Associate (CSA) ensures our contract employees, clients, and sales teams receive exceptional service in human resources, payroll, and administrative support.
The CSA is responsible for providing superior support related to human resources, payroll, and benefits to our customers, including contract employees, clients, and local sales teams. The role also involves acting as the primary liaison with the corporate office for accounting issues. Responsibilities include:
The CSA must ensure the highest level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders, following organizational policies and applicable laws.
Candidates should meet the following requirements to perform the role successfully:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow up effectively.
