At Total Life, we’re reimagining how older adults access therapy, wellness, and whole-person support—and we’re just getting started. With tens of thousands of sessions delivered and rapid national expansion underway, we’re looking for a HR Manager to lead and scale the people systems that fuel our mission.
This role is ideal for someone who sees HR as a strategic growth function. You’ll help us 10x our provider network, nurture culture across a distributed team, and build the talent infrastructure to support our growth across Canada and the U.S.

What We’re Looking For
Salary Range
$65,000 - 85,000 CAD per year
