Job summary

All Equip Repair is seeking a People-focused Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy administration, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, coordinate hiring, maintain HR records, drive engagement, and ensure adherence to Ontario Employment Standards. This on-site role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with regular interactions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality and accuracy.

The Opportunity

You’ll work across all aspects of Human Resource, from recruiting skilled trades and production employees to supporting performance management, policy administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Work Arrangement

• Full-Time, Fully On-site, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
• This position requires regular interaction with employees, supervisors, and management within our manufacturing facility.

Compensation

This is a hourly position paying $25.00 to 35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefit package.

The Role

As the Human Resource, you’ll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy administration, and HR compliance. You’ll work closely with manager and employees to promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with employment legislation.

In a typical week, you’ll coordinate hiring activities, assist leaders with employee matters, maintain HR records, support performance management, and help drive employee engagement initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
• Contribute to process improvements and special HR projects.

• CHRP designation or working toward certification is considered an asset.
