Job summary

ABB Canada, Bromont Distribution Center, seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional to lead the implementation and promotion of HSE culture. You will coach employees and managers, drive preventative programs, and support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 initiatives to reduce risk and improve site performance.

You will prepare training, participate in audits, analyze workplace risks, and maintain documentation in the ABB Way.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant occupational health and safety experience in a distribution/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OHS laws, regulations, and standards.
• Experience with HSE management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and promotion of the HSE culture.
• Act as a coach for employees and managers on health, safety, and environmental management.
• Coordinate prevention activities and corporate programs.
