• NCSO and/or OHS certificate preferred.
• Meet mandatory safety tickets: CSTS-2020, Fall Protection, First Aid, WHMIS.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site safety programs and compliance across operations.
• Coordinate safety training and toolbox talks with site personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations as required.

Job Description

ClearWater is seeking HSE Advisors with industrial experience for a temporary position in Hamilton, ON starting August 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, LOA of $170/day, and travel pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
• Education in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field as well as specialized certifications and Journeyperson certificates are considered assets.
• Certification as a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and/or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (OHS) preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • Fall Protection
  • Standard First Aid
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Hourly rate starts at $60.
