Job summary

The Calgary Board of Education seeks an experienced HRMS Analyst to support and optimize the HRMS environment across HR services. You will collaborate with HR clients, SMEs, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities include configuring HRMS modules, performing testing, and delivering training, with an emphasis on data accuracy and process improvements. Strong analytics and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

University degree with 3 years supporting an Enterprise HRMS.
Experience with HRMS modules setup, configuration and customization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a large, multi-union organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain core functionality of the Enterprise HRMS technology and HR application architecture.
Identify system and process inefficiencies with end-users and document requirements.
Provide first-level PeopleSoft support to end users and resolve issues.
Assist with data loads and PeopleSoft customization requirements.
Coordinate testing including UAT and regression testing.
Drive continuous improvements and ensure standards are followed.
