Position Summary
We want someone who loves data and troubleshooting, is able to create complex SQL queries comfortably. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR data reporting processes; ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of workforce data across the organization. You will play a key role in transforming raw HRIS data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
You ideally have experience working with data in a hospital environment, and experience collaborating with HR teams (such as Payroll, Digital, Benefits and Compensation) and other functional areas (such as finance, clinical operations, quality and safety). You should be able to find meaning in data so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions and assist the organization in making better business decisions.
