We are looking for an HRIS & Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team who would like to help shape meaningful, competitive benefits programs that support employees across Canada and the U.S. In this role, you'll lead the administration and continuous improvement of our benefits offerings, ensuring they remain compliant and aligned with our company's values. You'll also manage our HR systems, conduct compensation analysis, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to deliver a seamless total rewards experience. Requirements

  • Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform, including workflows, data integrity, reporting, and system integrations
  • Support the implementation and upgrade of HR technologies and tools to improve HR operational efficiency
  • Generate and analyze HR data and dashboards to support business decision-making and compliance reporting
  • Administer group benefits programs (health, dental, life, disability, retirement), including enrollments, changes, terminations, and vendor liaison
  • Coordinate and support annual benefits renewals, plan design changes, and employee communications
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of benefit deductions and taxable benefits
  • Manage leave of absence programs (e.g., STD, LTD, personal leaves), ensuring compliance and effective communication with employees and leaders
  • Maintain and update salary structures, pay bands, and compensation policies
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation programs
  • Support job evaluations, salary recommendations, internal equity reviews, and offer development
  • Prepare compensation summaries and reports for HR leadership and Finance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation related to compensation, benefits, and data privacy
  • Partner with Payroll to support required regulatory reports as required
  • Create clear and engaging employee communications related to total rewards and HR systems
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation with a focus on service excellence
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to support data accuracy, audits, and reconciliations
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within HR operations
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned in support of evolving HR and organizational needs


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, compensation, or benefits
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as BambooHR, Payworks, PayChex, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of group benefits, compensation principles, and employment legislation
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR data analytics
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
