Position Overview

We are seeking students with a background in Business Administration for an exciting co-op opportunity. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the co-op. Proof of current enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution and valid work permit (if applicable) are required.

Salary Range

$4,000 - $5,100 per month, commensurate with academic progress and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Lead safety initiatives and adhere to safety/environmental policies
2. Support HR policies and maintain HR systems
3. Assist with data/system troubleshooting and audits
4. Contribute to health, safety, and sustainability efforts
5. Support HRIS projects, data migration, and reporting

Qualifications

1. Enrolled in a Business degree with a focus on HR or Management Information Systems
2. Fluent in English
3. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA macros
5. Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team
6. Quick learner of new technologies
