Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is an asset.

Job description

In this role, you will work aside an experienced team. You will also develop your expertise by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of SuccessFactors applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills of the team through coaching.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients’ needs
  • Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
  • Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
  • Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
  • Carrying out functional tests
  • Documenting the implemented solution
  • Training users and providing the necessary support
  • Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (an asset)
  • Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes
  • Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading workshops
