The Opportunity
The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports HR operations, data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also involves improving talent operational effectiveness by formalizing and enhancing end-to-end processes. The role collaborates with various stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, talent consultants, payroll, total rewards, partnership operations, IT, and liaises with EY’s third-party Talent Managed Service provider (IBM). This position is open to all office locations in Canada.

The salary range in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600, with actual compensation determined by various factors including experience, skills, and location.
