The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports HR operations, data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also involves improving talent operational effectiveness by formalizing and enhancing end-to-end processes. The role collaborates with various stakeholders across the firm, including recruitment, payroll, total rewards, operations, IT, and liaises with EY’s third-party provider (IBM). The position is open to any Canadian office location.
