The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the effective administration, support, and optimization of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR Information Systems. This role ensures that our systems are configured, maintained, and leveraged to support HR operations, reporting, compliance and overall business goals. The HR Systems Analyst works within an HRDS team to support HR, IT, payroll, benefits, and other stakeholders. Examples of responsibilities include streamlining processes, improving data accuracy, upholding operating standards, and delivering system changes that balance risk and digital employee experience.
Salary Range: 65,000/65 000 - 105,000/105 000
