Workplace Safety and Insurance Board seeks a Human Resources Systems Analyst to deliver business analysis, provide technical consultation, and manage HR systems. Salary Grade:N06 | $80,000. -$100,000.00
As the Human Resources Systems Analyst, you will provide business analysis, technical consultation, and system administration services in support of all HR systems. You will serve as the front‑line point of contact for HR system‑related enquiries and act as a critical link between business clients and IT. You will play an important role in ensuring our HR systems are aligned with business requirements, managed effectively, tested thoroughly, and supported with a strong focus on quality, security, and user experience.
You are a client‑focused and analytical professional with a strong understanding of systems, processes, and stakeholder needs. You bring sound judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. You are equally comfortable investigating issues, coordinating testing, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement.
