Internship Opportunity

Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student interested in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting September 2025, based at our Mississauga headquarters. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support global offices.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities such as onboarding, reporting, and analytics
• Create reports and maintain databases
• Assist with employee requests and HRIS data management
• Support payroll duties as needed
• Perform administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a Bachelor's in Business or similar, or a Human Resources diploma
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; familiarity with SuccessFactors/SAP is a plus
