Job description

Overview

Flywheel's suite of digital commerce solutions accelerate growth across all major digital marketplaces for the world's leading brands. We give clients access to near real-time performance measurement and improve sales, share, and profit. With teams across the Americas, Europe and APAC, we offer a career with real impact, endless growth opportunities and the support you need to be the best you can be.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Process Management Analyst for a 6-month engagement. You will be responsible for engineering, redesigning, mapping and documenting critical business processes that support our People roadmap. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience as a business analyst or similar project operations experience who is eager to take ownership, drive projects, and ensure process rigor.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the list of ongoing and upcoming initiatives; ensure key projects are tracked and prioritized. Identify areas where processes are needed and design workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Interview stakeholders to understand current state processes as well as requirements for the “to-be” future state. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify approval levels, and ensure all stakeholders are engaged.
  • Drive process implementation by following up with responsible parties, completing documentation, and ensuring tasks are executed on time.
  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
Qualifications
  • You are naturally inclined to find the simplest path between two points; people are amazed at your high level of efficiency.
  • Internship or previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar operations role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities. Confident communicator who can ask questions, challenge assumptions, and map out complex processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a “doer” who gets things done.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets, particularly in MS Excel; experience with other analytic tools including Tableau, Power BI, etc. is helpful but certainly not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is essential.
Benefits
  • Office hubs across the globe where team members can be productive, inspired, and connected to others; team members go into Hub Offices 3x a week
  • Flexible vacation time
  • Great learning and development opportunities
  • Benefits that help you live your best life
  • Parental leave and benefits
  • Volunteering opportunities
  • ERG for inclusion and identity topics
  • The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check
