Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Assists leadership with recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying HR issues and guiding execution of HR programs.
• Develops, communicates, and implements HR practices and action plans with managers and partners; analyzes data to ensure accuracy; monitors progress and improves processes.
• Supports associates by modeling Walmart values, promoting excellence and respect, and addressing concerns with management.
• Pioneers adoption of technology and digital solutions by sharing resources and guiding new ways of working.
• Supports business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, implementing processes, monitoring results, and seizing improvement opportunities.
• Models compliance with policies and ethics, promotes Open Door Policy, and demonstrates application in business practice.
• Provides expert guidance to others on information and best practices to meet customer and business needs.
