Overview

Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, cultivating a high-performance culture and boosting employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
  • Formulate, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and reflect best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and employment law compliance.
  • Partner closely with Department Heads to forecast workforce needs and design effective recruitment and retention programs.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice by enhancing employer branding and talent experience.
  • Champion initiatives that support employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with Management to design and oversee the HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Keep pace with evolving HR trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, driving continuous improvement across HR and administrative functions.
