Albert Bartlett is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Chilled Operations team at the Airdrie site on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will provide hands-on HR support across the operation, delivering strategic and operational initiatives to align people with business priorities.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum (Level 7 advantageous).
• Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations experience with complex casework.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, commercially minded and collaborative approach.
• Experience leading HR projects and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing or chilled production operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partnering with operational leaders to deliver an effective people strategy while ensuring the highest standards of employee engagement, compliance, and performance.

About the Role

Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, you will provide hands-on HR support across our Chilled operation, delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives. Working closely with managers and employees, you will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practice is embedded across the site.
