Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Brampton, ON to gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. You will support wellness, benefits, engagement, recruiting, orientation, and HR administration as part of the HR team.

You'll work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to enhance the employee experience across Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Sales Admin teams.

Qualifications

  • Preparing to enter your final year of study in HR or related field.
  • Experience in an office, customer service, or administrative environment is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Available to work onsite, full-time, at Brampton, ON office.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of wellness and benefits programs and assist with enrollment questions.
  • Help plan and deliver employee engagement activities across the Brampton team.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for day-one readiness.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and maintain employee files.
  • Support internal communications related to benefits and HR programs.
