Victaulic is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Brampton, ON for a full-time contract from May 2027 to August 2027. The role covers wellness and benefits administration, employee engagement, recruiting, and onboarding.

You will work closely with HR partners and site leaders to enhance the employee experience across manufacturing, fabrication, and other teams. You will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and exposure to multiple

Qualifications

• Current student in HR or related field seeking internship.
• Experience with MS Office and strong communication is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support wellness and benefits administration and respond to enrollment questions.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment including posting requisitions and screening resumes.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for day-one success.

You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, and site leaders to help deliver a great employee experience for our Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Sales Admin teams.
