TrustFlight in Vancouver is seeking an HR Generalist to support Canadian HR operations, including onboarding, records, employee relations, and recruitment coordination. This role exists to give TrustFlight's growing Vancouver team reliable, day-to-day HR support — covering onboarding, employee records, routine employee relations queries, and recruitment coordination. It provides the local presence and responsiveness that Canadian employees and managers need, while the Senior HR Business Partner focuses on strategic and Group-wide priorities.

We place huge importance on the contribution and experience you bring to the team. The salary will be based on the value you will bring to the role with a range spanning from range $68,000 - $75,000 CAD per year. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
