Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR or Business, with strong organization, communication, and analytical skills, and a proactive attitude. Mentorship and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high personal integrity in handling employee information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, programs, meetings, and day-to-day activities.
• Support Talent Programs, including performance, talent reviews, learning, career development, and leadership initiatives.
• Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, employee communications, and program materials.
• Support Employee Relations activities through documentation, resources, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Support process improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline HR processes.
• Maintain HR resources, process documentation, tools, and program materials.
• Collaborate across HR while independently managing assigned activities and follow-ups.
