Kinaxis Inc. in Ottawa and Toronto is offering a full-time co-op/intern HR role. You will provide administrative and coordination support across HR projects, programs, and employee relations, while gaining exposure to HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, programs, meetings, and day-to-day activities.
  • Support Talent Programs, including performance, talent reviews, learning, career development, and leadership initiatives.
  • Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, employee communications, and program materials.
  • Support Employee Relations activities through documentation, resources, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Support process improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline HR processes.
  • Maintain HR resources, process documentation, tools, and program materials.
  • Collaborate across HR while independently managing assigned activities and follow-ups.

About the team

The Human Resources team partners across the organization to support employees, leaders, and the business. In this role, you will provide administrative, project, and coordination support across the HR Partner, Talent Programs, and Employee Relations functions while gaining broad exposure to HR programs, processes, and practices.

Location

You must be in the Ottawa or Toronto office at least three days a week.

Term Duration

This is a full-time 8, or 12-month position, starting January, 2027.

Co-op / Intern Eligibility

This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.

Compensation range

$19.46- $28.55hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of employee information.

  • Comfortable working with data and technology.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; interest in HR technology and AI.
