Kinaxis is offering a Co-op/Intern position in Human Resources in Ottawa/Toronto. The role provides administrative and coordination support across HR projects, talent programs, and employee relations, with exposure to data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Open to current full-time students or recent graduates within 12 months of placement end date; in-office requirement is three days a week in Ottawa or Toronto. Compensation ranges from CAD 19.46 to CAD 28.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee information.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and technology.
• Strong MS Office skills; interest in HR tech and AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, programs, meetings, and day-to-day activities.
• Support Talent Programs, including performance, talent reviews, learning, career development, and leadership initiatives.
• Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, employee communications, and program materials.
• Support Employee Relations activities through documentation, resources, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Support process improvement activities by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve HR processes and ways of working.
• Maintain HR resources, process documentation, tools, and program materials.
• Work collaboratively across HR while independently managing assigned activities and follow-ups.
