ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Industrial Automation - Test division in Woodbridge, Ontario.

The role partners with divisional leaders and central groups to drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. The successful candidate will coach People Managers, manage recruitment and onboarding, and guide compensation and benefits programs while aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Experience across recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management.
• Ability to coach leaders and provide clear HR guidance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for client groups within Industrial Automation - Test division in Woodbridge.
• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Assist with compensation reviews and benefits coordination.
