Job summary

Real Fruit Bubble Tea, founded in Toronto, invites applications for a Human Resources Assistant/Assistant Store Manager (OPT). You will support the HR Manager, handle HR inquiries, and oversee employee records while assisting store operations and staff.

New graduates are welcome; no previous experience is required as training is provided. You will participate in recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy implementation across our growing network of stores in Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist daily store operations including preparing ingredients and beverages.
• Support store manager with staff supervision and customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies.
• Assist with recruitment and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and attendance.
• Organize store events and promotions and help staff staffing.
• Coordinate HR initiatives with store management.
• Handle HR inquiries and requests.
