• Promote the community, available homes, amenities, and current leasing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Work collaboratively within the leasing team to achieve occupancy objectives.
• Ensure leasing offices, display suites, and marketing materials are presented to a high standard.

Leasing Specialist will guide prospective residents through the full leasing process, from the initial inquiry and property tour through application screening and lease signing. • Knowledge of residential leasing or the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an asset.

Education and Experience:

Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, administration, or a related field is considered an asset. Relevant post‑secondary education, professional training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Successful candidates will be considered for opportunities within the leasing team based on their experience, qualifications, and demonstrated strengths.
