About the role :
As an HR Advisor within our People Services team youll play a pivotal role in supporting the Canadian HRBP team to plan and execute impactful programs for the business. This is an opportunity to apply your curiosity attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to help strengthen employee engagement and HR operations within a dynamic collaborative environment.
Lead HR support for day-to-day operations : Respond to manager and employee inquiries provide guidance across HR policies and ensure consistent HR administration.
Drive cross-functional collaboration : Partner with Talent Acquisition Learning & Development Compensation Benefits and Legal to deliver expert advice and aligned HR support.
Assist with performance and employee relations : Support HR Leaders on coaching managers managing performance issues and conducting exit interviews escalating when needed.
Collaborate closely on HR initiatives : Work with HR Leaders on the design rollout and ongoing management of programs to support business goals.
Support employee engagement strategy : Analyze survey results facilitate focus groups and provide recommendations to help leaders drive meaningful action.
What you bring :
Degree and / or diploma in : Human Resources or a related field; CHRP / CPHR designation (or in progress) preferred.
13 years of experience preferably in : a multi-location matrixed organization in an HR generalist or advisory role.
Proven experience in core HR practices : Performance management onboarding employee relations and program coordination.
Strong proficiency in : MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills : Able to build trusted relationships juggle multiple priorities and work across departments with professionalism and care.
