Job summary

SNDL Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator at the Edmonton Corporate Office. You will handle HR data entry and document management in Workday, ensuring accurate employee records and contributing to process improvements.

The role supports payroll and HR initiatives with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and timely communications across the organization. A diploma in HR and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of HR data entry experience (Workday knowledge would be an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Processing employee paperwork – Reviewing new hire packages, employee changes, and termination documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining HR data – Accurately entering employee information into our HRIS system and keeping personnel records organized and secure.
  • Drafting HR communications – Creating letters, memos, policies, procedures, and reports as needed.
  • Supporting HR projects – Assisting with audits, reports, and process improvements.
  • Managing inquiries – Responding to HR-related questions via email and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Distribute various reports to the business.
