HR Administrator (Entry-Level, Temporary Contract)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in HR? We're searching for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract—with the potential to become a permanent role!

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the HRIS Analyst and Administration Lead, you’ll play a key role in HR data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy in employee records within Workday.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Processing employee paperwork – Reviewing new hire packages, employee changes, and termination documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Maintaining HR data – Accurately entering employee information into our HRIS system and keeping personnel records organized and secure.
  3. Drafting HR communications – Creating letters, memos, policies, procedures, and reports as needed.
  4. Supporting HR projects – Assisting with audits, reports, and process improvements.
  5. Managing inquiries – Responding to HR-related questions via email and ensuring timely follow-ups.

You’ll Need

  1. A high school diploma (HR-related education is a plus!)
  2. 1-3 years of HR data entry experience (Workday knowledge is a bonus)
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  4. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  5. Comfort working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  6. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a basic criminal record check.
