Role Overview

High Park Gardens is seeking an extraordinary Casa Lead Guide to start late August 2025. This is a permanent, full‑time position working with children from age 3 to 6.

The Guide will report directly to the Principal of the School.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities for children aged 3 to 6.
• Maintain strong organizational and team‑work skills.
• Communicate positively and openly with parents, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Casa certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference).
• Sound understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.
